Back on Track

Carol, it's good to see your're feeling better. I wish sometimes I could get sick just to lose a couple of pounds NOT! Although I haven't lost any more weight I have lost lots of inchesWink Last week I was measure again and was happy to see I lost inches just about everywhere except around my waist and I gained 1/2 inch in my thighs. Those darn thighs!!! Anyhow, I was one happy camper. I still going to keep on pushing on.

I'm doing ok

Hello, it's Carol checking in.  I was not feeling well last week (Sinus Infection) so I did not work out and really did not pay attention to what I ate but I was still able to lose 2 lbs. so I guess there is something to be said about getting sick.  Anyway, I'm trying to get myself back on track and I need to get Josette motivated, this weather here is getting her down.  So guys help me bring her spirits back up.  How are all you all doing?

Sluggish

Last week was not a good week for me. I didn't lose any weight. It's been really hard for me to reach my allowed calarie intake of 1700. I know this is one of the reasons why I am not losing the weight like I should. I've decided this week I'm going to flush my system out by using the Fat flush method. I'm sure I have a lot of parasite and unwanted food that's just hainging around waiting to be pushed out.Sarcastic

Super Bowl Weekend

It's Super Bowl time and I will not be held responsible for what happens. The good thing is I'll be eating sub sandwiches the bad is I doubt I'l be exercising throughout the game. For the most part I had a fairly good week. I didn't exercise on Mon and Tues. my 5 y/o was sick but I did stick with my good eating habit making sure I didn't stop by a fast food place after leaving the doctor's office.Open-mouthed This week I MUST step up my exercise regime. I feel like I've been slacking since I didn't work out my 5 days like I normally do. My scale hasn't moved, I don't know if that's good or bad. For some reason I'm at a stand still and I need to shock my body and try something different. I'll check with my fitness instructor on changing my workout routine.

Bad Girl Weekend

My pre-weekend started out on a wrong note. Thursday, my company had a reception and boy was it a nice one. I had 1 1/2 drinks of cranberry juice and vodka. I can't even begin to tell you how many pieces of coconut shrimp I had. Shrimp is a weakness of mineEmbarrassed and I had 2 half sizes of qasedillas. The good thing is I didn't eat dinner when I got home. Friday, I went out with my girlfriends but before going out I ate one square size of pizza, french fries, and 2 mini tacosEmbarrassed. So while meeting with the girls I had 2 apple martinis and a shot of jolly rancher. I was doing sooo well all week up until Friday.
 
So to get back on schedule I will not let myself get sidesteped. I realize it's ok to drink but don't do it two days in a row.  I will start back with my 2 a day workouts when possible. No one ever said this was going to be an easy task.  Carol, you and I will once again become dedicated soliders.

LOL, laughing here with your mood clock - that is great!  LOL  Congratulations you both, Carol 7 lbs gone and Josette 3 lbs gone - Fantastic.  What a great website with wonderful photo's - thanks.  You both should be proud of your journaling and the changes you have made, as its not always easy changing our habits.  Keep it up and keep intouch.  Sandy & Bubba Hot
